Terms & Conditions

QR-hi OÜ, 17076409, Kadaka tee 7, Mustamäe, 12915 Tallinn, Harjumaa.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of QRhi, a service of QR-hi OÜ (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you use QRhi on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.
2. The service
QRhi lets you create QR codes and short links, customise their design, serve linked content and view scan statistics. Dynamic codes resolve through our short domain, so the destination can be changed after printing. We may improve or change features over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your account. Keep your email current: it is how we reach you about the service. We may refuse, suspend or reclaim accounts used in violation of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use QRhi to link to or distribute malware, phishing, scams or other fraudulent content; to infringe intellectual property; to distribute unlawful content; or to send spam. We may scan destinations for safety, show an interstitial warning to visitors, and disable codes that put people at risk — where feasible we will notify you.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload or link. You grant us the technical licence needed to store and serve it through your codes. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you attach to a code and for the destinations your codes point to.
6. Plans, fees and limits
The Free plan has usage limits, including a cap on the number of codes and ads on some scan pages. Paid plans (Lite, Pro) remove ads within their published limits and add storage and analytics retention. Prices and billing terms are shown at checkout; payments are processed by Stripe.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without a guaranteed uptime. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (including third-party providers) may cause interruptions. We are not liable for losses caused by a printed code becoming temporarily unreachable.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this deletes your codes, files and statistics. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature survive termination (liability, governing law) survive.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the content of destinations your codes or other users\u2019 codes point to.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are resolved in its courts unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Contact: [email protected].
